Terms and Conditions

IN RESPECT OF EVENTS, WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING (online and offline)


Definitions:


The "Company" or "us" means Creation Partnerships Ltd. and includes all trading names which the Company chooses to operate under.


Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in Johann Diaz’s events/workshops including but not limited to, Service Revolution and Service Revolution Masterclass (the "Workshop") By the Company ("Promoter"). By registering for the Workshop or purchasing any training program (“Program”) at any one of our locations ("Hotel") you (the 'Buyer") signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for, or attend, the Workshop or purchase the Program.


Buyers Conduct


Promoter requires all Buyers to be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts, speakers, and other Buyers and their guests, colleagues or families throughout the Workshop, even during non-scheduled downtime and breaks. The Promoter reserves the right to ask Buyer and /or their guests to leave the event room and Hotel immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In such case, the Buyer's tuition/fees for the Workshop will not be reimbursed under any circumstances, and they will not receive any of our advertised bonuses or qualify for any written or implied guarantee or refund agreement.


Disclaimers


By law, we can only guarantee your satisfaction with our training, not your results. Our Workshops and Programs are for your educational and informational purposes only. As stipulated by law, we make no guarantees that you or your business will do well, achieve any results, or make any money from our information, and we offer no professional, legal, therapeutic, or financial advice. Our training cannot replace or substitute for the services of certified professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, health, or legal matters. We do not purport anything we do or teach as a "get rich scheme," or “money making scheme” and any financial numbers outlined in our training are examples, opinions and illustrations, and thus should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for your actual or future performance. There can be no assurance that any prior successes, or past results, as to income earnings, can be used as an indication of your, your business or anyone's future success or results. You should check with your internal and/or external legal, financial or other advisors and stakeholders, , before acting on this or any information.


Liability Waiver


You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results in life and business, and by registering for our Workshops or Programs, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance. You agree that our Company is not responsible for the success or failure of your business decisions relating to any information presented by our Company, or our Company products or services, and you specifically release Promoter, Johann Diaz, or our representatives or contractors from liability for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the information or strategies communicated through our Workshops, Programs, materials, websites, or any services provided prior to or following this Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or caused by negligence of the Promoter or its representatives. Buyer hereby accepts all risk to his or her business and health excluding personal injury or death that may result from the Promoter's negligence whilst the Buyer has been participating in the Workshop and Program.


Exclusions


Note that events are not residential and do not include accommodation or food and beverages unless stated.


Payment Terms


These are generally "pay in full" prior to the event or payment over an agreed instalment plan. A discount may be offered for one-off payments. The overall price must be paid, including any final instalment before the date of the event. If you are paying by instalment, then the event you are booking must be sufficiently far ahead for all the instalment payments to have been made in advance of the event. All monies must be paid 6 clear days before attending an event.


Any other variations to the “pay in full” terms above may be subject to increased fees and further payments.


Consequences of Failure to Pay


If payment is not made within the time limits set out above, this will be a breach of contract by the Buyer entitling the Company to treat the contract as at an end and reallocate the bookings and/ or tickets without notice to another client. In the event of the Company treating the contracts as at an end, the Company shall be entitled to retain all sums already paid by the Buyer, and the balance, if any, of the price of the booking shall become immediately payable. This is without prejudice to the Company's rights to claim damages from the Buyer in respect of any loss suffered by the Company.


Cancellations Or Variations By The Buyer


Cancellation: All bookings are final once payments are processed and cannot be cancelled unless otherwise stated at point of purchase. All purchases made online come with a 14 day 'cooling off period'.

Thereafter, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee of 50% of total fees, in the event of cancellations made within 15 working days of the start of the course or event and 100% of the fee for cancellations made within 5 working days of the start of the course or event. Variation: Your chosen date to attend events must be confirmed by you and your attendance registration completed within 14 days of purchase. If no completions are received, then after this time your ticket becomes void. Once your date is confirmed, your ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable.


Under certain reasonable circumstances, a request to change the date once, will be considered by the Company. If agreed this will be subject to a £500 administration fee (plus VAT) payable immediately.


All variations are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the Company.


Should the Buyer wish to substitute somebody else in their place, this will only be permissible at the sole written discretion of the Company. In this circumstance the Company reserves the right to charge a administration fee of £500 (plus VAT) payable immediately and a further fee to cover the price of any training already consumed. The new Buyer will be expected to register for access to the training / program separately.


Online Training Products


All access to the Company’s online training system is governed by a unique username and password. The username and password are part of a system which protects the security of the resource and enables Us to monitor usage by any individual.


The Company reserves the right to track the usage by an individual (through his/her username and password) of:


Specific pages viewed

Frequency of use

Time period of use

Content watched

Login frequency


The Buyer’s login information (i.e. username and password) is for the sole use of the Buyer and as such must not be transferred to or shared with any other individual or group of individuals. Any attempt to share login information and access to our online training system will be deemed a breach of our licensing rules and consequently a breach of this contract.


No refund will be granted if the Company has reason to believe that an individual has viewed any of the course material that they purchased.


Refunds Following Cancellation


If you do cancel your purchase within the cooling off period then we will refund your payment. If you paid by credit or debit card from our website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation.


Alterations to advertised packages:


All advertised packages are subject to availability.


Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages, but any packages may be altered, or date changed either before or after confirmation of the booking. Where such alterations, omissions or changes of date occur prior to the confirmation of the booking, the Company accepts no contractual lability. Where such alterations or changes of dates occur after confirmation of the booking, the Company agrees to use endeavours as it considers to be reasonable to make alternative dates or packages available.


Note that Johann Diaz may not always present at every event, however, when this is the case we will always provide a fully trained Speaker from the Company.
